About Me

Certified as a High Performance Coach through the High Performance Institute, Ken guides business owners, executives and other individuals who feel stuck, plateaued, or otherwise not living up to their full potential go to the next level. While working with Ken, clients get back on top of their game and discover the high performer within - earning promotions, hitting financial targets, and recovering and sustaining their drive and passion through leveraging a proprietary, scientifically proven system for results.

​While spending many years in corporate management roles, Ken consistently worked on himself and his passion for coaching others whether his team or external coaching clients. He now enjoys coaching and training individuals and companies so that they may reach their goals and enjoy the process along the way.

​When Ken isn't helping his clients achieve great things, he can be found on the golf course, reading, cooking, or traveling with his wife of over 30 years. Ken is the father of 4 amazing daughters and 1 grandson and lives in Naperville, IL.
