About Me
I am a technology expert and have worked in leadership roles for over 25 years. For almost 20 of those years, I have served in executive level positions building individuals and teams to accomplish tasks, that at times, seemed insurmountable.
Parallel to my career, my personal life has been spent serving others in lay minster roles. I have been trained as a Stephens Minister and trained in transformation groups that focus on boundaries, forgiveness, goals, and other elements needed for growth. In addition, I am John Maxwell Team certified in coaching, leadership, and speaking. Also, I am a certified coach through the Academy of Applied Psychology. My passion is to help you be a better you! Prior to this meeting I would have you fill out a short form on what you would like to get out of the coaching experience. This includes goals for self-improvement. There is no fee during the initial consult phase. Next, we both sign a coaching agreement and then immediately address possible or potential issues that are holding you back from achieving the goals you would like to attain. Finally, as we
