About Me

My name is Kelsi Gagne. I have a doctorate in Occupational Therapy and have been practicing for 15 years. I have helped over 5,000 clients in my career and have developed managerial skills via my role as a rehabilitation director. I also have developed strategic plans and this is why my time management program is top notch. I truly am passionate about helping people control and use their most vital asset "their time" so their over-all quality of life can improve.
I became a life coach to work with career mother's and entrepreneurs who want to stop being busy and gain control and focus over their time. I use strategic strategies and trainings alone with 1:1 coaching to truly align your time with your authentic self and create more time for what you love. You will increase your freedom when you utilize specific strategies that increase your productivity and efficiency. If you know why you are spending time on something then you will get it done faster!
I also do trainings and presentations on time management, controlling you thoughts to gain results, and other important topics. The goal of my trainings is always to have trainees leave with skills and knowledge that they can utilize easily in their lives and that these knew habits create big results.
