About Me

Hi, I'm Kelly. It's lonely at the top. Business leaders benefit from having one more mind in the room to brainstorm, ideate and strategize to determine the way forward. In my coaching, I focus on one-on-one sessions with "homework" in between. Working with me will include evaluating where you are in your journey, identifying what pieces are missing, and entering into a systematic process to clarify your goals and your starting point. There are many paths. Your right path is the one that moves you towards your goals your way: where life balance and values meet up with your strengths.

I've spent 35 years as a business leader, strategist and problem solver, working with large and small companies.
My experience includes developing technology products serving industries including scientific research, aerospace, manufacturing and air traffic management. My roots are in technology and engineering, and I've also worked extensively with nonprofits in the arts, environmental conservation and sporting groups. I've worked with a lot of start-ups!
I have hands-on experience working in dozens of countries, negotiating contracts, implementing projects and developing export strategies. I have a passion for managing change and helping people in transition. I am committed to working with people who seek balance in work and life, strive for honesty and, in large or small ways, want to make the world a better place.
