About Me

As a Certified Master EFT Practitioner, I employ my excellent listening skills, my approachability, compassion and inherent nurturing demeanor to help reduce crippling stress and anxiety that interferes in both professional and personal environments.

After graduating from the University of Miami with a B.S. degree in Chemistry, I started my adult life as an FBI trained Forensic Scientist for my local law enforcement agency, my dream profession, and felt like I had the world on a string. Six years in (around 2005) tragedy struck: the shocking and unexpected passing of loved ones and the constant heartache that comes with loss, my career turning out to not be so dreamy, financial hardships, an overwhelming sense of helplessness and not being able to shake “bad luck”. Eventually I found myself deeply depressed, anxious, lost and directionless, unable to see a future. Until I booked a session with an EFT Practitioner/Life Coach. I can wholeheartedly and unabashedly tell you that EFT saved my life. Eventually, I left my former profession to pursue a career in the cutting-edge field of Emotional Freedom Techniques Therapy, a huge life change I wouldn’t have had the courage to do if not for EFT/Tapping.

With a background in science, I feel it's important to mention that EFT is far from woo-woo and is classified as a Good Science.
