About Me

Hi! I'm Kelly, the Founder of Revived to Thrive Recovery Coaching (established in 2015) and Director & Lead Instructor of The Fully Aligned Coach Training Institute (established in 2022).

First and foremost, though, I am a wife, a mom to 3 grown and almost grown children, and have an amazing granddaughter who calls me Nonna.

I am a Certified Coach, Coach Trainer & Mentor, and International Speaker, with an extensive professional background in the Human Services Field. I have always been passionate about providing people with coaching services that deliver freedom, healing, and forward momentum to create impact in my own practice and I am now excited to work alongside coaches who want to elevate themselves and the industry through the way they help people heal and move forward.

My mission and vision at The Fully Aligned Coach Training Institute is to train, equip, and mentor Christian Coaches to step into full alignment with their God-given business vision, so they can deliver freedom, healing, and accelerated impact in the lives of their clients.

It's been such an honour to journey alongside others and watch their business visions either come to life or come back to life! Statistics show that 82% of coaches close business within 2 years, this is disturbing to me! And I personally believe that with a mix of love, passion, and belief in the coaches business vision, they will not succumb to this statistic!

We need more certified coaches who know how to navigate the realm of trauma and recovery, both in the natural and spiritual realms. People are holistically made up of 3 parts - body, soul, & spirit - all 3 must be healed for a person to walk in wholeness. Our Coach Certification Program and Trauma Recovery Program (for those certified already), equip coaches to make a greater impact in the lives of others!
