She has coached in publicly multi-billion dollar companies as well as in medium-sized organizations and entrepreneurships. She brings 20 years in leadership, 16 in Leadership Coaching and Agile Coaching, 10 in Executive & C-Level Coaching, and 10 in Leadership Development. Her experience spans coaching for CEOs and C-Levels, Directors, Managers, entrepreneurs and teams.

Kelly’s practical business background enhances her extensive experience as an executive coach. Her business experience includes 20 years of leadership positions in human capital management, financial services, healthcare, IT and manufacturing. She is Founder and Principal of Agility Transformation, a company that provides executive coaching as well as services around leadership development and agile. Kelly is also the Founder of a popular Leadership Development program with a long waiting list.
Kelly’s services also include workshops on team effectiveness, Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence for Leaders, and Building Alignment.
