About Me

My name is Kelli Kombat (pronouns: she/her/hers) and I am a creative corporate consultant, author, facilitator, and credentialed career coach who emphasizes the importance of innovative I.D.E.A.S.™ (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility and Solidarity).

I have 20+ years of expertise from various HR roles at top companies, including Ford, L’Oreal and Volvo, and I offer consultation to businesses and emerging leaders across a multitude of industries, including Rutgers University Division of Continuing Studies.

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Norfolk State University and a Master in Business Administration degree, specializing in HR Management from Baker College. I also have been trained as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and was certified in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP) at Rutgers University.

With a pending Master Certified Coach (MCC) background in coaching (over 3000 hours) and a commitment to empowering others, my approach is that I lead with optimism and engagement in my coaching business, R.I.C.H. (Resources in Coaching Happiness). I get results and radical career transformation happens with my clients.

As the host of the "Career Kombat" podcast on the Empowerment Channel at VoiceAmerica, the show helps people find the answers they crave to cultivate career joy.

I am excited to announce that I am a contributing author to the highly anticipated book "Against All Odds", in partnership with the incomparable Lisa Nichols and other esteemed authors. Scheduled for release in 2024, the book aims to inspire readers with stories of courage and resilience.
