Hi! I'm Kelcey, thank you so much for taking a moment to learn a little bit more about me. Helping people, teams, and organizations realize their true potential is my purpose in life. The passion I have for helping others is weaved into everything I do from being a leader for over 20+ years in financial services, to being a father, to supporting families of crime victims.

My coaching philosophy is simple; coach the individual. As no two situations are identical, every engagement is designed around the individuals most important goals and desired outcomes. In each and every interaction I apply genuine care and concern with the intent of developing partnerships grounded in trust and authenticity.
