About Me
Raised on a farm in rural Massachusetts, Keith has taught university courses, completed a ceremonial Vision Quest, and founded multiple businesses. Over a 15+ year career as a college instructor, private tutor, and life coach, he’s helped hundreds of people transcend their self imposed and external limitations to radically improve their lives.
On top of his extensive life coaching training and experience, he has logged over 200 hours on the suicide crisis line and is ASIST certified in suicide first aid. Volunteering weekly at the suicide hotline developed in Keith a resonant compassion for those in their darkest hours of despair and a gentle yet profound touch for helping guide people who are suffering back home to themselves.
Keith has been leading men's groups for over 5 years, helping to guide men of a wide range of ages and backgrounds to a life of greater balance. Over the years he has delved into studying archetypal masculinity and rites of passage. In 2022 he participated in his own Vision Quest where he spent three days of ritual observance alone in the mountains while fasting from food and water.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and a Master’s Degree in Writing. In addition to his formal education, Keith is an autodidact self-schooled in several disciplines and is a student of Jungian psychology and various spiritual wisdom traditions.
Keith spends his time bicycling, gardening, reading, writing, training muay thai, practicing yoga, and playing chess. He values above all else wisdom, determination, openness, uncompromising honesty, and the exploration of varying perspectives in opposition to dogmatic thinking. He writes essays and gives public talks on psychology, philosophy, spirituality, culture, and psychedelics.
Under Keith’s mentorship, hundreds of individuals have been successful in blossoming their highest selves while attaining clarity of vision and connection with a deeply purposeful life.

Keith is awesome! I started my work with him after exhausting talk therapy and finding myself stagnant in my work. I was looking for someone who would question me differently. Someone who would provide feedback and guidance to help expand my mind around what I was feeling, thinking and experiencing. Keith did exactly that. He introduced me to different ideologies, theories and frameworks. His style strikes a great therapeutic and coaching balance. He knew when to listen and hold space and when to question and challenge me on a wide array of topics from childhood trauma to romantic challenges to professional. I cant thank and recommend Keith enough, he helped me open my mind and gain more confidence and direction in my life.

I started working with Coach Keith when I was navigating some very tumultuous waters in my life. I came to him broken, out of shape, depressed, and extremely burned out from a high-pressure career in technology for over 24 years. We worked together for 3 months, and our time together was truly transformative. Since our sessions I have quit my job and am working on launching my own business, publishing a book, etc. I am down 30 pounds and most importantly, I am working and walking in my giftings and feel ALIVE every single day. Keith is a truly exceptional life coach. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for direction in their life personally or professionally. I will be forever grateful for our paths crossing and for his generous advice and encouragement. Thank you, Coach K
