Keenan started his fitness journey as a dance professional. Following that, he started life-coaching focusing on self accountability and goal setting. In 2021 he completed courses to obtain his personal training certification. In the next few months he will be launching his new coaching business, Flowidity, which focuses on training the mind, body, and soul to reach a state of flow.
