About Me

I’m a Certified Youth Leadership Coach and Certified Youth Mentor Coach working with teens and young adults on a variety of specializations. I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Organizational Psychology. I am currently working on my dissertation for my PhD in Organizational Psychology and pursuing two additional coaching specializations in the health and wellness realm: Certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Level 1 Certification through Precision Nutrition. I specialize in working with clients in the areas of career, education, health and wellness. As a self-professed lifelong learner, I want to help others forge their way in the academic and professional settings. After starting college at 17 and not earning my first degree until eight years later, I can relate to the struggles of choosing the right academic path to lead to a fruitful career. I also understand the difficulties of trying to re-enter the work force after a long sabbatical (e.g. to stay home and raise children). In addition, I am fully aware of the struggles related to a healthy lifestyle change. With a family of five, two full-time working parents, after school activities nearly every day, finding time to exercise and feed myself and my family healthy, wholesome meals seemed an impossibility. However, as I tell my clients, find what you enjoy and what works for you. I am very passionate about helping others find their true calling and helping them discover how all areas of their life are connected and how they can realize their true potential. So I ask, what feeds you? My coaching approach is strengths-based, values driven, and dreams oriented. I am currently a Regional Program Director and Group Facilitator at Youth Coaching Institute and Contributor for TribYouth! Good News for Teens. My previous experience varies from local youth group leader to human resources, sales, insurance and the staffing industry. I also volunteer at the local library.
