About Me

My coaching skills have come from my learnings over the years of trial and error. One of the reasons I am a coach and mentor is because, as I was growing up and then in the professional world, I never had anyone there for me. So, I am showing up for others to help them when no one else will. I’ve also had many classes and certificates in coaching, and I have combined the tools I learned from those training with my natural intuitive abilities. These have proven highly effective as I have helped hundreds of former clients, friends, and work colleagues break through issues holding them back.

Trust me when I say I can help you, as I have seen people come to grips with and break away from issues such as dealing with unbelievable stress, stagnation in their career, moving through grief, dealing with procrastination, anxieties of all sorts, and feeling down or unseen. I have helped people come out and helped others let people in. I have also helped executive leaders and others grow their leadership skills.

My passion for helping others grow personally and professionally is one of my key motivators, and it shows when I work with people. They have repeatedly told me, “You’ve helped me through…” insert whatever you can imagine people have dealt with. I am unafraid to push people to confront whatever is holding them back, which usually means getting honest with themselves and their behaviors. That also means many of my clients have only required 2-5 sessions with me before they have become empowered to tackle their issues head-on.
