About Me

Kayla is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) based in Annapolis, Maryland. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), has a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and currently working toward a master’s in counseling psychology. With 14 years of professional experience in the federal government, Kayla understands the challenges of working in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment. She helps her clients discover and improve time management skills, health and wellness practices, and leadership behaviors through connection of her clients’ values to their goals. By identifying where growth is desired, setting goals and objectives, and holding accountability, clients will achieve a more fulfilling life.
