About Me

My work with teens and young adults is based on one simple purpose: TO EMPOWER. When young people realize their strengths and ability to direct their lives- they take charge, reach goals, find happiness and achieve success.

I am a Certified Academic Life Coach and Licensed School Counselor. I have 30+ years of working with young people in many settings; education, healthcare, mental healthcare, support groups, community groups.

Everyday I witness young people facing the challenges of our complicated world. I see perseverance and resilience or I see the overwhelming feelings which can lead to giving up. I believe each young person has the ability to succeed if they commit to showing up and learning the skills and mindset.

My coaching services provide exercises, skills and tools to improve academics, relationships and planning for the future.
