About Me

I have worked in the healthcare field for over 15 years. My background is nursing, which has taught me to be an advocate for each client that I serve and diversity to engage while providing serve to those from all aspects of life. My experience has led me to treating each client holistically. Understanding that an individuals psychological state is a very real part of healing. It is my understanding that sometimes with a little coaching, you can bring out the individual that was drowning in their own mental barriers. Sometimes you discover that your barriers preventing your transition are not hard to breakdown. This realization with my guidance, can help individuals proceed into their next phase in life. This could be a career change at 45 years of age or moving away from home at 18 years of age. This could be going from being a caregiver for your children to now being an empty nester. It also encompasses going from not having to care for anyone but yourself, to now being responsible for another individual. The spectrum is so vast and entails so many avenues, until I knew that coaching was my natural course. The ability to offer myself and to be of service, is my contribution back to the world. I have learned that if only one person benefits from my service then I have helped to put a little good back into the universe.
