About Me

My passion is helping people. My coaching philosophy is based on what a fitness coach does - they provide motivation, guidance, structure, correct technique, accountability, and encouragement.

When you need someone to be in your corner, bounce ideas off of, or to challenge your perceptions in a non-threatening way, I am your coach.

My background involves a few different industries. The majority of my professional career has been in the financial industry, working with stocks, bonds, and mutual funds in client-centric as well as advisor-focused positions.

I also spent a few years in IT, from technology development as a business analyst, liaison with business executives, and quality assurance testing.

Most recently, I invested 3 years as a counseling professional after completing my master's degree. I counselled adults and children of all ages, primarily focusing on skills training for individuals who needed help coping with emotions, improving social skills, and learning impulse control.

Personally, I grew up in a rural Midwest community in the USA and have Christian values and morals. I believe that we need to show love and compassion to each other around the world, and that will impact individuals, cities, nations, and the world.
