About Me

I brings 15 years’ international experience in business development and fund raising in the banking and investment industry. During my career in the finance industry, I worked for large financial institutions such as Morgan Stanley and Fidelity Investments, but also has extensive experience working with starts-ups and smaller investment firms.
I born in Germany and lived in 3 different countries before settling in the UK. This has given her a depth of multi-cultural experience.
My business background in leadership roles, along with her life experience form the foundations of her coaching. Furthermore, it has provided her with the insight into what organizations and team seek in leaders.
I strive to support my clients, individuals and teams, to connect with their values, strengths, and their purpose in order to accelerate in their roles, deliver impact and enhance their performance.
My coaching style is supportive, focused and honest. I use a holistic coaching approach which is designed to get under the skin, in order to create transformational, long-lasting, and sustainable, change for my clients and their teams.
