About Me

I have been a coach and consultant for over 20 years. I have a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a Concentration in Servant-Leadership and I am currently working on my Ph.D. in Leadership Studies at Gonzaga University. While I am new to Noomii, I have been a small business entrepreneur and organizational leader that has been coaching & consulting for many years.

I have served in corporate and non-profit learning & development roles with a specialization in grassroots entrepreneurial and small business organizational development. I am a leadership development & performance coach that works with clients who are seeking work-life integration and a more meaningful purpose in life beyond the paycheck.

Clients that come to me are often focused are renewal and well-being. They are interested in a more whole-person approach to life. My clients are interested in cultivating more effective ways of living a wholehearted, courageous life. The results are increased confidence in decision-making in all areas of life.
