About Me

My coaching practice is driven by the transformative power of human connection and fueled by the rich stories, unique talents, and courageous goals you will bring to our work together. As your coach, I will strive to facilitate a process that moves you from accepting the stories keeping you stuck to shaping new experiences that honor your future possibilities.

While every coaching partnership is unique, in our sessions I will serve as your thought partner, accountability buddy, and fiercest supporter as you begin the authentic pursuit of your personal and professional goals. To achieve these outcomes, we will utilize strategies that fit your individual learning and development style. From powerful questions to reliable assessments, our coaching partnership will be tailored to meet your needs.

My Masters Degree in Counseling, Board Certified Coach (BCC) credential, and fifteen years of experience serving the nonprofit, corporate, and higher education sectors, allows me to bring a multidimensional perspective to the coaching relationship. I hope to have the privilege of learning more about you and explore how our coaching partnership can move you toward courageous ways of living and leading.

Currently, I work full-time as a Leadership Development Coach at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and am building (en)Courage Coaching + Consulting as my passion project on the evenings and weekends.
