About Me

I believe coaching is an incredible way to help people through various periods or experiences in life. Whether you're in a time of transition or want to make some personal changes, it's an opportunity to empower yourself to do so with support. We don't often take the time out of our lives to properly evaluate what we want and much less, have someone else who is outside of our day-to-day life to provide a new perspective to us.

My coaching is not about giving advice. My intention is to help you develop a new self-awareness in order to take intentional action toward the life you ultimately desire. It's to show you the ways in which your current mindset contributes to your current reality. Then, how to adjust both as you desire.

I've coached clients on relationships, careers, starting a business/entrepreneurship, self-confidence, procrastination, perfectionism, tapping into their potential, creating motivation, goal planning/goal setting/follow through, work/life balance, imposter syndrome, money mindset, etc.

I will always disclose if I don't feel coaching would be the right next step for you (for instance, if you could benefit from therapy instead) and my intention is to ensure we're the right fit for each other before selling you a coaching package. I love meeting potential future clients first on a consult call so we can get to know each other.
