About Me

I have worn a LOT of professional hats. Today, I have leveraged my very varied experience and coupled it with additional education in positive psychology, coaching, and neuroscience to deliver a coaching and consulting practice unlike any other. My goal is to help individuals reconnect to their own resilience and become empowered to believe in themselves, their capacity for change, and their ability to get through the hard stuff.

Having started out my career as a commercial litigator, I have a personal understanding of the stress, hours, and challenges that accompany corporate life. I later shifted to the private sector as an attorney for the Department of Homeland Discovery. It was at DHS, working for FEMA that I discovered emergency/ risk management, which inspired my later move to enterprise resilience and risk management for one of the largest health systems in the country. Throughout those career moves, I cultivated a holistic wellness practice with certifications as a health coach, yoga instructor, meditation coach, and personal trainer.

Each of these experiences has shaped the coach that I am today.
