About Me

I’m Katie, a passionate and dedicated time management coach specializing in helping new moms navigate the complexities of motherhood while achieving their personal and professional goals. With years of experience and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by mothers, I’m committed to empowering women to create balance, reduce stress, and thrive in their daily lives.

My journey into this fulfilling work began when I became a mom myself. I experienced firsthand the overwhelming demands of parenting, career, and personal aspirations. The struggle to find time for everything was real, and it often felt like there weren't enough hours in the day. Through trial and error, I developed effective time management strategies that not only allowed me to meet my responsibilities but also pursue my passions and dreams. This transformation ignited a desire to help other moms achieve the same sense of control and fulfillment.

I founded the Efficient EverAfter Program, a comprehensive coaching platform designed to provide practical tools, resources, and support to mothers seeking to optimize their time and live their best lives. The program offers a range of services, including one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and online courses, all tailored to address the specific needs of moms at various stages of their journey.

In addition to time management, my coaching encompasses mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and self-care routines. I believe that a holistic approach is essential for sustainable success and well-being. By integrating these elements, I help moms not only manage their time more effectively but also cultivate a positive mindset and prioritize their own health and happiness.
