About Me

After many years of working in ministry and as a professional coach, I now specialise in coaching “Kingdom Leaders” – Christian Pastors and Leaders. In addition to my Bible college training and professional training, I also spent 2 years training in a variety of prayer ministry techniques so these can also be incorporated into sessions as required.

I especially delight in being able to assist Pastors who are feeling burnt out or disillusioned through a process I call “re-envisioning”. My coaching style is both empathetic and action oriented. I inspire others to not just survive change and pressure, but to embrace it as an opportunity to be released into their true, God-given potential and passions - hence the business name: "Release Coaching".

In addition, I provide coaching and courses in Leadership and People Management skills.

I easily relate to people from diverse backgrounds, having lived in various parts of globe, and worked within corporate, small business, not-for-profit, churches and government sectors. My professional background is in both Learning and Organisational Development, and Business Management, having held Senior Executive roles in both, and started 3 businesses of my own. My qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Bible & Missions, Masters in Adult Education, Diploma Management and a Diploma in Coaching.

Having overcome my own life complexities and faith hurdles such as grief, hope-deferred, recovery from illness, and redundancies, I coach with a combination of both compassion and inspiration.
