Kathleen works magic, in a very scientific and gentle way. i was at a real turning point in my career, wondering if i was still viable and contributive my in field. With her guidance, i found not only was i viable, i needed to play on my strengths and let go of work and stress that wasn't serving me or my employer. Honing in on what was really important and why i was the one who could provide these special gifts has been life changing.

I offer a heartfelt endorsement and so much gratitude to Kathleen for her skillful coaching. I was lucky enough to have my employer support eight coaching sessions for my professional development and Kathleen's ability to help me focus and define what most matters to me in my career, and to reframe how I approached my leadership, helped me gain clarity and deeper satisfaction at work. Admittedly there were times I felt uncomfortable; but that was where the greatest growth came from. I highly recommend her as a coach, especially for women in higher ed who need someone wise, experienced, and skillful to help them navigate the culture and climate of academia.
