About Me

My name is Kathleen Fletcher and I am a founding member of Ensō Coaching and Consulting. My background is an unique cross between facilitator, corporate career navigator, and artist. In that experience working as a facilitator, and leading facilitations, I saw first hand the impact of deep, challenging questions on unearthing internal growth. I use those same techniques to support my clients, along with traditional coaching models.
