I'm passionate about working with ambitious women on their journey of self-discovery because it’s a path I’ve navigated myself. I’m familiar with feeling torn between the desire to please others while wanting to be seen yourself. I know what it’s like to carry what feels like the weight of the world, stuck on the hamster wheel, managing deadlines & high-stakes work. I know how certain memories or emotions from childhood can continue to shape aspects of your adult life in challenging ways. I’ve experienced the crippling emotions of overwhelm, dread & anxiety, & know what it’s like to feel shame & guilt as a result.

As a certified Integral Coach, I am trained in a coaching method that holds the reputation of being one of the most comprehensive and effective human development approaches worldwide. We embrace the mind and body's wisdom in a blended framework of coaching and self-discovery. In this way, I support you to increase self-awareness and create lasting behavior change.

I help you get crystal clear on your specific goal and the muscles to be strengthened to help get you there. I support you to unpack the behaviours and unconscious beliefs that keep you from the change you long for. Women come to me when there’s a gap between how they want to show up and how they actually show up.

I specialize in supporting women who:

- No longer want to be driven by external factors
- Struggle to set & keep boundaries
- People-please & abandon their own needs

We connect online every 2-3 weeks for 75 minutes. The time period ranges from 3-6 months depending on your unique topic.
