About Me

I am a compassionate and experienced coach, supporting women to make the changes in their lives that they deeply desire. I believe we all deserve to have a space to be heard and receive compassionate support to navigate life’s transitions with more ease.

My clients come to me to:

* refine their understanding of what drives them, their purpose, their why
* reevaluate their career path, possibly considering entrepreneurship
*manage stress and feel more at ease
* move through a big life transition with intention
* improve self-care and daily habits
* explore deeper personal growth, self-compassion, mindfulness and self-confidence

Women come to me when other things they have tried have not been working. They sign on when they want to identify a way forward with a FULL BODY YES and a doable plan to get them there.

My approach combines coaching, NLP, somatics and mentorship.

As a former expat working internationally, both in-house and in my own company, I know a thing or two about big life transitions as well as bridging the gap across cultures and points of view. As a mom, I know about the juggle of home life and work life. As a multi-passionate dreamer, I know about the triumph of finally bringing dreams to life and the pain of not. As a survivor, I know about the journey through to post-traumatic growth.

Prior to becoming a coach, I worked for over a decade in media as well as digital marketing as a producer, founder of my own production company, on-camera presenter, and marketing operation manager. In a nutshell, my work was about leading teams of creatives to produce high quality content that entertains, inspires and sells.

I bring all of this to my current role as coach, leading my clients to change perspective and tell new stories all to achieve their goals with greater ease.
