About Me

Hi! An analogy I like to share is to imagine that your Goal in life is the Island of Hawaii. Surrounded by water, hours from shore. You currently live in New York, and there are multiple ways to get to Hawaii. You could walk to the airport and take a non-stop flight. You could ride a bike to California and charter a boat. You could take (a horrible) train to Chicago, walk to Texas, and then take a plane to Alaska, and then try to swim to Hawaii.

Imagine all of the different ways you can take to get to your goal... and as your Business Coach, I help you sift through all of those different methods, find the ones that work for you and your business, and then coach you through the smaller day to day challenges to achieving those milestones and to build a vehicle (aka, your business) that will get you to Hawaii.

I use a system that has been 25 years in the making, that builds the foundation for your business, creates more time for you to live the life you want to lead, and helps you generate additional revenue and profit for you to take home and reinvest into your team, and finally, to create a great team so they can run your business without you.

Or so you can do what you want in the business, whatever your strengths are, and leave the rest to employees you treat well with strengths in different areas.

About me, I'm first a wife and a mom to two little girls. I also own a poodle... and together we live in Durham, NC. I spent 15 years in corporate America, with a career in Sales, Engineering, and Human Resources. While I was in corporate America, I founded 3 different companies, 2 tech and 1 personal services group. 2 were sold, and 1 I closed to get my Masters Degree. While attaining my Masters in Organizational Leadership, I trained in Lean Startup, Coaching, and began executive coaching. I left my corporate role when I realized I wanted to be hyperlocal, and focused on my local business community- a rising tide raises all ships.
