About Me

As a certified PPCC coach (ICF Accredited), I work one-on-one with clients to help them get in touch with themselves and rediscover their passion and purpose. I will help you determine what is holding you back from being the person you are meant to be and where your blocks are. I use a holistic method, looking at the entire person- mental, emotional, physical and spiritual integrate and offer a variety of healing and coaching tools. Client's will be met where they are and the coaching program will be adapted to them. Whatever your situation, we can work on a plan of action, together. Online or in-person sessions are available.
