About Me

Very often we get stuck in a spiral because we keep anticipating the final outcome as negative. We tell ourselves, 'What's the point, it's never going to work out anyway' and so we stop, right there, before we even take a step. This usually happens because of limiting beliefs - the self-imposed restrictions our minds put on ourselves. We overthink and over judge.

Step no 1 is acknowledging that there are limiting beliefs at play that are stopping you from achieving your goals. Step 2 is knowing what beliefs these are. Step 3 is doing the work to shed those limiting beliefs and recognize the power and potential of YOU.

I work with clients that are facing the impact of these limiting beliefs in their life and are unable to live their best lives and create their fantastic futures.

I believe in coaching with empathy and wholeheartedly believe that coaching is a collaboration between the client and the coach. I will partner with you to help you evaluate and release the aspects that are limiting you from achieving your full potential and stopping you from living a life complete with fulfillment and joy. I operate by creating a judgment free zone that has transparency and honesty at its core.

I am a TCA (Transform Coaching Academy - ICF accredited program) graduate and I am also a Tech Product leader working with one of the fortune 5 companies. My leadership style is one that's rooted in vulnerability and mindfulness. I believe people feel motivated and valued when they can trust their leaders and believe in the values of the company.

My passion for coaching comes from myself having experienced the transformational power of a great coach. Coaching has been instrumental in my journey and success and so I look forward to sharing my knowledge and skill with you, my client.
