There was a time when I looked like everything was fine on the outside, but inside, I felt disconnected from my body, my truth, and my power. I coped by self isolating, people-pleasing, and using food to soothe the emotions I didn’t feel safe enough to face. I longed for clarity, for calm, and for the confidence to trust myself... but I did’t know how to access it.

The turning point came when I started listening inward. I began exploring embodiment, somatic healing, and intuitive practices that helped me come back home to my body. I learned how to feel my emotions without being consumed by them, how to nourish myself from the inside out, and how to move through life in alignment with my deepest desires.

Now, I help other sensitive, intuitive women do the same - heal their relationship with food, emotions, and self, so they can feel safe in their body, confident in their truth, and fully present in their lives.

My method combines intuitive development, nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and energetic embodiment so my clients can stop living on autopilot and start living as the most authentic, magnetic version of themselves.

I blend somatic work, energetic recalibration, subconscious rewiring, and grounded coaching to help you shift at the root, to you help you remember your power. To guide you back into your body, your voice, your essence. To anchor you in the unshakable knowing that you are enough — not when you achieve, but now.
