With a career enriched over three decades in Human Resources and Talent Management, and over 14 years in leadership roles, I've played a pivotal role in steering organizational success through strategic talent and leadership development and change management initiatives.

My diverse experience spans across sectors such as financial, public sector, utility, health care, post secondary and non-profit. Throughout my journey, I've successfully navigated diverse work cultures, organizational transformations, employee engagement challenges, unique organizational dynamics and the intricacies of HR.

My commitment to fostering growth, driving positive change and cultivating effective leadership has been a constant thread throughout my career. I aim to assist leaders to elevate their leadership skills and overall effectiveness for both current and future roles, navigate challenges associated with career and succession transitions to new roles, navigate or lead through organizational change, foster cultural changes within an organization and develop resiliency and adaptability during times of change.
