I have over 20 years experience as a social worker working with individuals and couples helping them feel more empowered to make decisions that encourage them feel more fulfilled and satisfied. I help educate and motivate you enabling a healthier relationship with yourself and your partner.

After going through my own relationship issues I trained specifically to be able to help other couples navigate these very difficult situations. I have seen how transformative it can be for yourself and your relationship to get the help you didn't know you needed.

We grow up learning from our parents, and then we become adults with those same lessons. I feel strongly that we are all able to learn a new way and get out of the stuck pattern we learned and keep repeating on autopilot--we just have to be taught how.
