Karen is a big part of my success over the past year. When we started my coaching plan, I wanted to focus on strategic planning, organization, and executive presence with the goal of being prepared for a director position should one present itself in the future. Eight months into our coaching plan, a director position opened up. I applied for the role with a majority of my plan focused on the skills I developed working directly with Karen. Her feedback, guidance and thoughtful questions helped me to grow exponentially as a leader and prepare for the new role. There is little doubt that left to my own devices, I would have been woefully ill prepared for a director position. When I told Karen they chose me for the director role, I said, "WE DID IT" and I mean it! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Karen!

Karen has been an excellent coach from the day I started. More than a career coach, Karen is astute at utilizing methods that will enrich your entire life. There are times that I do not see the entire picture, or understand the ways Karen is guiding me. Slowly, but surely, the light bulbs turn on and the value presents itself. Karen has improved my work life, my family life and personal perception of myself immeasurably. If you are looking for a coach that will guide your journey to being a happier and more productive person, then I cannot recommend Karen enough.

Karen has been, for me, a tremendous help. I was in the process of opening a business and educating myself. I was also very much looking into personal growth, especially into mindset improvement. This is the context that had me and Karen starting working together. But I also had major things that I had to deal with, on a very personal level. It took a few sessions for them to surface. And this is where Karen's intuition, subtleness, and insightfulness brought a palette of options I was less aware of. After a few months, I can see my progress, and this is amazing for me. Before meeting Karen, I could never tell if I made progress - there was nothing measurable that I could look at. Now, I started developing a set of mental tools that help me in different situations that I find myself in.
