I am passionate about helping leaders excel in their careers, I have dedicated over 25 years of my career specialising in this area and enjoyed over 10,000 hours of coaching conversations. With a blue chip corporate leadership foundation (Land Rover, BMW), entrepreneurial experience, an economics degree (Manchester University), postgraduate diploma (Warwick University), my coaching approach is rooted in extensive NLP training (INLPTa & ABNLP) and enormous investment in personal growth activities.
