About Me

I am a tech professional with over 15 years of experience who has provided career coaching and mentoring to several people on my path and I would love the opportunity to do the same for you. My journey has included many career transitions - including non-profit to global consulting, private sector to startup, and eventually landing in large tech companies (Google and Airbnb). I am currently a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and an Advisor to a tech startup.

Most of my clients are founders, leaders, managers, or new grads who are looking for guidance in navigating career growth or transition. Examples of issues I discuss with clients include developing leadership skills, improving communication, building high-performing teams, goal setting, and creating actionable steps. I can also give tips for job searching and prepping for interviews.

I connect with my clients to understand their unique needs while empowering them on their path forward. My role is to ask challenging questions that will help you discover solutions that are right for you.
