About Me

I am a Certified Life Coach accredited by the Certified Life Coach Institute, specializing in coaching young professional men through challenges in purpose, faith, relationships, career, and mindset. I have a background in both business and ministry, having graduated from Berry College with a BS in business management. I spent the years following working in team and leadership development, team facilitation, and mentorship working with young college students, married couples, and leaders. This inspired me to work with clients to help them gain clarity, build confidence, and take actionable steps that actually bring transformation to their lives.

I am also passionate for music, art, and community - using this to bring a holistic and engaging approach to every coaching session, helping young men step into their full potential. We've only been given one life so it's worth living it well!
