I know firsthand the challenges of navigating life with ADD. Growing up, I went through years of trial and error, searching for ways to harness my creative, artistic mind while juggling the demands of schoolwork, and later a busy professional life. That journey led me to discover the power of self-mastery—and ultimately, my passion for coaching.

After earning my BA in Radio-Television from the University of Central Florida, I worked across multiple industries, from nonprofits, to food businesses, and startups. But no matter where I was, one truth remained: the key to becoming the leader you aspire to be starts with how you treat yourself. When you show up for yourself—physically, mentally, and emotionally—you can show up for others with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

As a Certified Professional Coach (iPEC, 2023), I developed "PLANT a Better Life", my coaching framework built on five pillars: Purpose, Leadership, Abundance, Nutrition, and Training. These principles helped me, a busy professionals with ADD/ADHD, break through my overwhelm, find balance, and step into the best version of myself—both personally and professionally. Today, I'm excited to offer this program to the world.
