About Me

Hello, I'm Justin Carter, a college professor and executive coach with 20+ years of experience in consulting and organization development. I hold an MBA, MA in Organizational Leadership, and a Ph.D. in Human Capital Management. My research on positive psychology and positive psychological capital has been published in reputable journals and featured in Inc., Forbes, and Psychology Today.

Inspired by the moonshot goal of PERMA 51, which aims to have 51% of the global population flourishing by 2051, I'm committed to contributing to this mission through my coaching practice.
