About Me

I was introduced to the coaching world about 4 years ago when I was having trouble figuring out what my purpose was. I felt lost, depressed, angry, scared, etc. I was referrred to my first coach, and after working together for a year I had found my path.

I knew that I wanted coaching to be my thing. I loved being coached. It felt so good to have someone mindfully listen and try to understand where I was trying to get to.

I get so much joy from creating a space for clients to explore themselves in. A space to focus on what is most important to them. A space where they can piece their dreams together. I love coaching people and seeing their growth. I love to see how they overcome their fears that had previously owned them. Coaching is awesome and I want to share that with people in search of a more fulfilling, healthier life.
