Ever feel stuck?
Ever feel like whatever direction you go, an obstacle gets in your way?
Or, are you an athlete who cannot seem to past a certain point and plateaued?

I did. And I wanted more. When I finally decided to reach out to certain people who seemed to have tools I didn’t have, I was finally able to get past the obstacles, move forward, and things did not feel so hard anymore. I was able to be in a place of peace and acceptance through perseverance and change into the person I felt I was meant to be. I decided I wanted to help others do the same.

I can be your personal life consultant and guide you through and past the emotional and mental fog that life’s challenges can cause: marriage issues, family issues, abuse, building healthy relationships, substance abuse, mental illness, self-esteem, or simply just figuring out what are the mental or emotional obstacles that are getting in your way of moving forward, personally or professionally.

I can also assist in performance enhancement for athletes. At times, sports can be more than just physical training. A sports coach can mentor you to be physically at your best. However, life sometimes brings us to a mental or emotional point where it becomes the giant mountain we cannot get past and our performance level becomes hindered. This can become very frustrating and decrease our motivation to keep trying. As a team, we can use methods such as visualization techniques as well as basic exploration of what is occurring in your life currently that may be creating this mountain.

My experience includes over 20 years in military leadership, international affairs, humanitarian efforts, global volunteer work, physical performance and yoga training before obtaining my education in human services and clinical psychology with an emphasis on trauma and health.
