About Me

Julie is a Coach and Business Trainer working primarily on career and life design.
Her coaching focuses on clarifying priorities and goals and designing an action plan to leverage personal strengths & build required skills and take daily steps to progress towards a fulfilling and purposeful career path.

Based on client's goals, she follows 2 different methodologies:
1) Methodology #1 helps clients understand themselves better and design an actin plan towards starting their own business; either as a side hustle to generate additional revenues or as a main career; towards more purpose and financial independence.

2) Methodology #2 helps clients find a new corporate job by supporting them at every step of the job search.

Being an entrepreneur herself (twice) and having worked in the corporate world for a few years as an expatriate, Julie's strengths lie in her ability to quickly identify the areas that should be the point of focus to move forward. As a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner, she helps clients develop and maintain self-discipline to achieve their goals, as well as better control their emotions and stress levels. Besides, she follows a holistic approach, focusing not only on career but also on people's interests outside work to help them build a multifaceted identity. The resulting self-confidence she helps build is the most gratifying part of her job as she supports people to become actors of their lives.

Julie also runs workshops for companies struggling to attract, retain and keep their Millennials engaged. Her workshops focus on building a 2-way understanding between the company and its younger employees, clarifying priorities and designing solutions that will both help the company reach its targets and keep its employees engaged.
