About Me

As a doula in Colorado, I focus solely on providing comfort measures, based on best practices, to ease the pain of labor and steady the heart and mind of a birthing woman and her family. I offer support for hours on end. I do my best to mirror back to a woman her courage, beauty and strength. I've been caring for people all my life in one way or another. When you partner with me whether it be for the birth of your baby or to coach you through a career change, I will bring you new perspective when you are feeling stuck and give you the best support for whatever journey you are traveling.
