About Me

I attended Western Illinois University where I earned my degree in Recreational Therapy, which fueled my desire to utilize my love for the expressive arts and the outdoors to provide healing. With my practice in the workforce, I worked with various populations, including clientele with intellectual and developmental disabilities, patients in inpatient and outpatient centers, groups at outdoor camps, nursing homes, therapeutic clinics, and a variety of environments facilitating recreation therapy.

​Overtime, I came to the realization that I craved facilitating groups where we discussed the importance of spiritual practices; knowing that spirit, universal power, or your personal belief system is a core aspect of the healing journey. I now incorporate various modalities of healing in my practice, including helping others understand how spirit interacts in different ways in their life. I utilize a variety of healing modalities and spiritual practices in order to help others recognize their full potential while attracting a more authentic, fulfilling life. These modalities include coaching, reiki, sound healing and psychic card readings.
