About Me

I work from an Appreciative perspective and have developed the iRock+ coaching process, where we focus on creating positive transformation. I've presented my work at the World Appreciative Inquiry Conference and published in international journals. I combine my corporate Human Resources, business incubation and psychometric leadership assessment experience to bring you a unique offering, focusing on you, the individual, within the business. Having an MA Industrial Psychology and Certificate in Coaching Practice from Stellenbosch Business School, my work is underpinned by scientific rigour and evidence. My clients are generally females over the age of 35, with 2-3 kids in high school, who are looking to transform the second phase of their career into something magical. They have all been through at least one significant life changing event and have moved beyond survival mode. As a busy mom of 3 teenage girls, wife and business owner I understand the specific challenges working executive/professional moms have to deal with. I co-create bespoke coaching interventions for each of my clients, within the flexible iRock+ coaching framework.

I'm a explorer at heart and love travel, food and settling down with a good book. I become lyrical about a good red wine and my friends think I'm a coffee "snob". I always have chocolate in a drawer somewhere and on occasion I've showed up with a purple clown wig to entertain my coaching clients and lift the mood.
