About Me

I am compassionate and knowledgeable about having a low sense of self-worth, and I will share my experiences of coming out of that particular place with you.

I believe all things work together for good, and I work one-on-one with you to help achieve greater self-confidence, strengthen personal relationships, enhance working relationships, and ultimately increase overall joy and fulfillment in life. I take a practical approach to helping you identify self-defeating habits and re-frame your perspectives to create lasting and meaningful changes. I also coach groups.

To assist us in our assessment and goal-making, I combine my Master's degree in Developmental Psychology, my continued research on the latest therapy touchstones and techniques, my MBA that affords me the opportunity to share my knowledge of the workplace and employee relationships, my Certificate from PsychHub/SHRM in Workplace Mental Health Competency, and life experiences.
