About Me

Am Judith Martins I repeatedly saw professional therapists going to regular talking therapy with little to no change. I recognized a huge gap where support was needed. I saw need for a more active type of coaching that combined Christianity with confidence, faith and communication to manage stress and lifestyle to create better habits.

I had previously been on my own long healing journey, after a series of traumas left me in what can only be described as an existential crisis or ‘warfare’ and after the loss of several people in my circle, and friends. Battling with smoking and later on during the COVID-19 pandemic severe drinking addiction.

With little to no support I decided to seek help. I was looking for a professional with similair believes like me this time around but realized there were very few I could seek Godly counsel from.

After searching for a while I finally came across one. Am really glad I sought this kind of help because it led me closer to God. It also led me in finding my true passion. Learning about Christian Life Coach, becoming a Christian Life Coach and helping people. Judith Martins.
