About Me

JP is a life long learner, podcast host, and coach. Though he specializes in mindset and leadership coaching, he has experience and training in nearly all forms of guided personal development.

Yes! Coaching is really about finding the keys within you that will enable you to unlock your own potential. That's what a coach does. That's what I do.

With experience as a senior leader, leading highly engaged teams of 5 to 500 team members, and significant coursework completed in understanding the psychology and science of coaching, I work with you to find your stride. We will work on identifying key strengths that you can leverage to address roadblocks and challenges.

In addition to my experiences as a leader, as well as my training and ongoing work as a coach, I bring the experience of others to the table. Through our podcast (The Biz Dojo), we explore what makes others successful. This has provided me with a vast network to draw from, and has afforded me the opportunity to experience the many different perspectives of what leadership is. In fact, it's allow me to redefine my own success over time as I also work to better understand what we define as success, and how we can target, realize and enjoy our wins along the way.

But this isn't just your average coaching session. My style is engaging and fun. My core values include experiencing life in as meaningful a way as possible, and that means taking the time to enjoy a laugh, a smile, and enjoy what I am doing along the way.
