For 26 years, my company Interpersonal Wellness Services Inc. has offered coaching and training, including our own coach training school. I have also founded the annual Global Workplace Wellness Summit to provide a place for leaders and employees to connect, network, engage, and learn best practices to foster well-being, psychological safety, diversity, and inclusion. I love helping my clients do things they think were impossible, like changing their experiences and relationship outcomes, improving their skills, and mending broken relationships.
